Shipping & Returns Summary

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 3–4 business days
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150 (3–8 day delivery)
  • Free Exchanges: Offered in the USA, UK, Canada, Europe (all countries), Australia, Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan
  • Returns are accepted and exchanges are free. Return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
  • Pre-orders: shipped as soon as we receive inventory for the items. The time between order placement and shipping can range between 2-4 weeks for most preorders.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery¹. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. Returned items must be in sellable condition.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please allow 10–14 business days after we receive your return for processing. You’ll be notified via email once your refund or exchange has been processed.



Exceptions

For items that arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Additionally, items discounted over 50% of their original price are non-refundable - they are all final sale. You may return them for store credit, or exchange them. The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping return fee associated with their exchange.


¹ Return period begins on the confirmed delivery date per tracking.
