Shipping & Returns Summary

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 3–4 business days

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150 (3–8 day delivery)

  • Free Returns & Exchanges:
    Offered in the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Australia, and Japan

  • Other Regions:
    Returns accepted and exchanges are free. Return shipping is partially subsidized — a discounted label will be provided based on your location and order value.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery¹. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Free return labels are issued to eligible countries

  • All other regions receive a discounted return label, partially subsidized by us

Refunds & Exchanges

Please allow 10–14 business days after we receive your return for processing. You’ll be notified via email once your refund or exchange is complete.

Exceptions

For items that arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
