RETURNS

All returns must be filed within 30 days of receiving your order¹. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To begin a return process, please email us at support@defidesign.shop

To return an item from your order, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return with the prepaid label you receive from our support team.

Return shipping charges will be paid by us.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 10-14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

¹ This 30 day period is determined by the delivery date of your order. Upon confirmation of delivery via tracking number provided to customer, the 30 day return period will begin.
